Peace of mind for you and your customers

Altriset is the first liquid soil-applied termiticide to be registered as reduced-risk for use on termites by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under its Reduced-Risk Pesticide Program.* When used in accordance with the label, it has a low impact on non-target beneficial organisms like earthworms and honey bees. Altriset also features one of the lowest termiticide use rates per finished gallon.

Stop termites in their tracks

Altriset is able to halt termite feeding after only a few hours of exposure. While termites’ mouthparts become paralyzed shortly after contacting the treated soil, Altriset also increases termites’ natural social behavior. This means termites demonstrate more walking, grooming and aggregating with other termites to help spread Altriset throughout the colony for thorough, long-term control.

Altriset doesn’t stop at immediate termite control. In a USDA-Forest Service concrete slab test,1 Altriset demonstrated excellent performance for nine consecutive years at each of the test sites in Florida, Arizona, Mississippi and South Carolina. In Mississippi, the most notoriously difficult site for a termiticide to be successful, Altriset achieved 100 percent control for nine years in a row.

Exceed your customers’ expectations by giving them a termite-free environment with Altriset. For more information, visit www.SyngentaPMP.com/Altriset.

* A reduced risk pesticide use is defined as one which may reasonably be expected to accomplish one or more of the following; (1) reduces pesticide risks to human health; (2) reduces pesticide risks to non-target organisms; (3) reduces the potential for contamination of valued, environmental resources, or (4) broadens adoption of IPM or makes it more effective. Altriset qualifies under one or more of the above criteria.
