Thwart the resurgence of cockroaches with Advion cockroach gel bait.

Cockroaches can be more than a nuisance to your customers. These resilient pests can cause allergies and have even been shown to cause diseases like glaucoma1, so we know your business can’t afford to take any chances with cockroach control. That’s why Syngenta Professional Pest Management (PPM) offers Advion® cockroach gel bait, a trusted and effective bait to help control German cockroaches, as well as American, Australian, Brown, Smokybrown, Oriental, Brownbanded and Asian cockroach species.

Technical advances and a chain reaction lead to thorough cockroach control

Advion cockroach gel bait features the active ingredient, indoxacarb, which helps achieve thorough control of cockroach infestations. The formulation is highly attractive to cockroaches, including gel bait-averse species, to control even the toughest populations.

With its unique mode of action, Advion cockroach gel bait can effectively differentiate between target insects and non-target insects. The mode of action also causes slight delay in mortality, allowing cockroaches to consume Advion cockroach gel bait and return to their harborage site to contaminate other cockroaches, resulting in more thorough control.

Researchers at Purdue University have documented Advion cockroach gel bait as the first bait to prove tertiary kill among cockroaches. One cockroach exposed to Advion can carry it to another cockroach, which can then expose it to a third cockroach. This process results in a three-step chain reaction that can control up to 54 cockroaches.

Make cockroach call-backs a thing of the past. Choose Advion cockroach gel bait to help give your customers an environment free from the threat of cockroaches. For more information about Advion cockroach gel bait, please contact your local Syngenta sales representative.
